Class President:
The Class President is responsible for the overall leadership of the class, helps coordinate the efforts of other class officers, and acts as liaison between the class and the College.
Responsibilities
1. Serve a five-year renewable term spanning major class reunions.
2. Ensure all other class officer positions are filled—Reunion Chair, Class Correspondent, Class Fund Manager, and Alumni Council Representative.
3. When vacancies occur, work with classmates and Alumni Affairs office to fill positions.
4. Attend Reunion planning meeting if possible.
5. Work with Reunion Chair to ensure a reunion planning committee is in place.
6. Help recruit volunteers for a variety of different tasks as needed by the College.
7. Forward timely information to Class Correspondent regarding class information, volunteer activity.
8. Work with other class officers to create a succession plan for class leadership positions.
Class Fund Manager:
The Class Fund Manager is responsible for managing the solicitation of classmates for annual support. Class Fund Mangers are recruited by Lafayette College Fund staff or elected by their classmates at Reunion.
Responsibilities
1. Serve a five-year renewable term spanning major class reunions. With the counsel and assistance of Annual Fund staff, manage class solicitations.
2. Assist with other class officers and volunteers in the coordination of the Reunion Giving program, during a Reunion cycle.
3. Attend a regional phonathon if possible and recruit other classmates for regional phonathons.
4. Write two solicitation letters a year to class.
5. Keep Class President and other officers informed of class's fund-raising efforts.
6. Forward timely information to Class Correspondent regarding volunteer efforts or class fund-raising goals.
7. Work with other class officers to create a succession plan for class leadership positions.

Then cut-and-paste your revised document into an email message or send as an attachment to Jackie Jones. Class Correspondent:
The Class Correspondent is responsible for creating and submitting the class column, which appears in the Lafayette Alumni News (three times a year).
Responsibilities
1. Serve a five-year renewable term spanning major class reunion.
2. Gather information from other class officers and classmates regarding relevant class news for the column.
3. Work with College staff to submit class column by deadline, three times a year.
4. Help recruit class volunteers for a variety of different tasks through use of class column.
5. Work with other class officers to create a succession plan for class leadership positions.
Reunion Chairperson:
The Reunion Chairperson is responsible for working with a committee and the Alumni Affairs Office to develop and implement a Reunion program for their class.
Responsibilities
1. Serve a five-year renewable term spanning major class reunions.
2. Recruit a Reunion Committee to assist with planning.
3. Serve as a member of the General Reunion Committee of the Alumni Association, which plans the general Reunion weekend program.
4. Attend three meetings of the General Reunion Committee during the year preceding the class reunion.
5. Keep other officers informed about Reunion plans and solicit their help and support.
6. Provide updates for the class about Reunion plans through vehicles like CFM letters and class columns.
7. Work with other class officers to create a succession plan for leadership positions.
Class Web Page Administrator/Web Master:
The Class Web Page Administrator/Web Master is responsible for maintaining the class website located within the Lafayette College alumni website.
Responsibilities:
- Serves a five-year renewable term spanning class reunions.
- Gathers information from class officers and classmates regarding relevant class news for the web page, working in conjunction with the Class Correspondent.
- Posts class information and pictures on the web page.
- Creates an interesting and interactive site to draw classmates to the site.
- Coordinates all communications during reunion years with the other class officers.
