Formed in 1937, the Maroon Club promotes the welfare of Lafayette through the support of its athletic program. The program has a tradition of being exceptionally strong because of three important ingredients-talented student-athletes, an excellent coaching staff, and the financial support of dedicated alumni, parents, and friends.

• Maintain and develop the NCAA Division I athletic program for 23 men's and women's sports, representing close to 500 student-athletes
