Assisting Your Alumni Chapter or Class

Chapter Assistant--Alumni chapters exist all across the country. These groups of alumni are organized in specific geographic areas. As ambassadors, their goal is to further the interests of the College and the Alumni Association. They sponsor activities which provide opportunities for alumni to socialize, network, expand intellectual horizons, and keep up to date with what's happening on the Hill. Parents of current students are often invited to chapter activities to give them a chance to meet more members of the Lafayette family. For more information, contact the Alumni Office at (800) LAFAYETTE (outside Pa.) or (610) 330-5040 (in Pa.).

Reunion Class Committee-Each class has a group that organizes class activities and promotes attendance for reunion in June. This is a year-long involvement with several meetings held on Saturday mornings on campus usually in September, November, and January. Alumni Affairs staff are on hand to assist committees with planning and preparation. For more information, contact the Alumni Office,(800) LAFAYETTE (outside Pa.) or (610) 330-5041 (in Pa.).

Class Fund Committee-Members of this group assist the class fund manager in soliciting their fellow class members for an annual gift. They may do so by attending a phonathon, coming to campus to call, or by using a Lafayette calling card at their home. For more information, contact the Annual Fund office, (800) LAFAYETTE (outside Pa.) or (610) 330-5023 (in Pa.).
